At Easy Reception AI, we’re dedicated to helping small and solo legal practices thrive.

I’m Akash Deep, the founder. This journey started when a close friend, who runs her own solo practice, shared how overwhelming it was to manage everything at once — client calls interrupting case prep, intake slipping through the cracks, and the constant pressure of being “always on.” She didn’t need more stress. She needed support.

So I built her a virtual receptionist—an AI that could answer calls, handle intake, and schedule appointments so she could finally focus on her clients and her cases. Almost overnight, the difference was clear: calls were no longer slipping through, new clients were coming in more consistently, and she finally had the breathing room to focus on practicing law instead of juggling phones. as a direct result of having the right system in place.

That success wasn’t an accident. I’ve spent more than five years working in AI, and in recent years I’ve partnered with multiple legal practices to streamline their intake process. Again and again, I’ve seen how the right support can transform a practice — reducing stress, improving client experience, and opening up real opportunities for growth.

Easy Reception AI was created to bring those same results to small and solo firms everywhere. I stay personally involved with every client because, for me, this isn’t just about technology—it’s about giving attorneys back their time, their focus, and their peace of mind.
